I am a collaborative therapist who values meeting clients where they are. I believe therapy should be both practical and meaningful—offering tools for immediate use while also allowing space to explore deeper patterns and experiences.
My clinical experience includes working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism and ADHD. I work with both adolescents and adults and frequently support clients navigating anxiety, specific phobias, depression, OCD, and PTSD.
I practice from a trauma-informed lens and emphasize the importance of tailoring therapy to each individual. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative process, where clients are empowered to engage in their own healing and growth. I also incorporate resilience-building strategies, including cognitive reframing, to foster adaptive thinking.
Above all, I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, respectful, and empowering.
